Accomodation

All the University-owned accommodation is modern and purpose-built and over 90 per cent of it is on campus. Apart from six tower residences, there are The Houses, Wolfson Court, South Courts and the new Quays development. This development is situated on the edge of the campus and offers 756 en suite single-study bedrooms, ten couples accommodation, a launderette and a catering outlet. It is the first part of an exciting phase of residential development in the area.
Sainty Quay, the largest of the Quays, is reserved for graduate students. Two of the Towers and two of the houses at Avon Way are also reserved for graduate students.

The off-campus accommodation is in a residential area approximately 20 minutes walk away. The Students' Union run a minibus service to this accommodation.
