The University of Central Lancashire can offer students and summer guests a variety of good quality accommodation managed by its own Student Accommodation Service. Most of our accommodation in Preston is located on campus and close to the city centre with easy access to public transport, shops and great nightlife. The University has approximately 1450 study bedrooms for first year students owned and managed by the Student Accommodation Service. In addition there is an excellent
range of quality accommodation in Preston and we help all students to find the most suitable accommodation for their needs.

The Student Accommodation Service is located on the campus in Marsh Building on Marsh Lane where we have an experienced team of staff who offer the following services:

University Owned Accommodaton

1450 places in University-owned accommodation consisting of: halls and Off campus houses.

  • 24 hour security with CCTV 37 week contract on site wardens
  • Low cost Private Workstation rental in on campus residence
Accommodation for summer guests - anyone can stay in University accommodation during the summer months. We have a variety of styles to suit a wide range of needs and budgets.
