Fees
For students
enrolling at the Emirates Academy
for the Fall \ semester, academic
year 2003-2004, the following fees
and expenses will be applicable:

Tuition
fees are US$ 27,720 for full degree
programmes (Excluding additional
fees for semesters on international
exchange), US$ 15,180 for the
Associate degree programme in
Business and Tourism, US$ 14,520
for the A.Sc. in International
Hospitality Operations
-
Students are advised to purchase
a laptop at the start of the first
semester, priced at US$ 3,000.
The laptop is purchased, configured
and delivered by the Academy in
order to guarantee the best learning
environment and to obtain the
best possible conditions from
the manufacturers. The laptop
will remain the property of the
student. Each student will receive
an allocation of stationery commensurate
with the charges levied. The Academy
will provide an E-mail account
for the duration of entire academic
programme, Internet access and
other information technology support
and software

Costs of school supplies, professional
clothing, books and equipment
are estimated at US$ 1,000 per
semester, excluding the Internship
semester. (An exception to this,
are the first semesters on the
B.Sc. in International Hospitality
Management and the A.Sc. in International
Hospitality Operations, for which
the initial estimated costs are
approximately US$ 2,200.-) As
the actual costs of these supplies
may vary slightly from those quoted
here, students will receive a
detailed statement at the end
of each semester, showing actual
costs incurred

An application processing fee
of US$ 150.- is required of all
candidates for admission, which
Covers the administrative costs
involved

Residential accommodation in a
single occupancy studio apartment
on the Academy campus can be provided
at a rate of US$ 2,000.- per semester

A meal package is also available
