Operations
The Associate of Science in International
Hospitality Operations consists
essentially of the first five semesters
of the B.Sc. in International Hospitality
Management. It provides students
with a foundation programme, covering
essential skills, knowledge of key
functional areas in business and
an understanding of the hospitality
industry, as offered in the first
levels of the B.Sc. programme. Graduates
can utilise this programme as a
short route into a career in the
hospitality industry, entering at
supervisory or trainee management
level positions or otherwise transfer
the credits earned from this programme
onto full degree programmes at The
Emirates Academy of Hospitality
Management or elsewhere.
