On the experience of UK education: It’s been a good experience as people both from academic and administration streams have been really helpful and kind.

Fond memories of life on the University campus: Having made lots of new friends from across Europe feel India is away just by 9 and half hours from here.

Quality of teaching: Good. However, it is you who has make best uses of resources.

Comments on Support at the university: I had a really good support from my colleagues, technicians and faculty members every time I approached them. The support was excellent from career and employment office at Nottingham Trent University.

Leisure activities on and off campus: You have access to all the sports facilities in the campus for a small fee. If you are not a fitness freak you really need not struggle to find a pub.

Your life than (before your international exposure) and Now: I have gained in confidence and self assurance.

Part-time / Full time work:It is easy to find part time work if you try sincerely.

Advice to prospective students wanting to pursue an education abroad: You do your own research about university. Best way would be to ask your course coordinators to help you in contact current students if you have specific queries about standards.

Make sure you have enough funds to sustain your stay here. Do not just rely on part time work for financial support and do not get into trouble by working more than your authorised to by Home office. Contact your course coordinator for studentships and apply well in advance before embarking on your journey. Make best use of the resources available in the campus and take your studies seriously.

Three words that best describe the spirit of your university: Friendly, competent and evolving.
